PURPOSE:To prevent the bar code reading errors by setting different number of digits for each code or preparing a specific character and a specific numeric character for each code type. CONSTITUTION:The code numbers are previously set for the areas to be readjusted, the readjusting tasks, the readjusting contents, etc., when the tasks are controlled at a site of construction, etc., where the check/readjustment control is carried out by means of a potable handy terminal containing a bar code reader. Then the characters or numeric characters are added to the codes to show the code types or the number of digits is changed for each code type at production of a bar code ledger where the bar codes corresponding to the code numbers are printed and pasted. Thus the data input mistakes can be eliminated. |
