<p>PURPOSE:To make the set space of a device small, to shorten a time for forming an image on a first sheet and to improve productivity by shortening a system for conveying a sheet to which transfer has been performed and disposing a small-sized sheet supply device near a transfer position. CONSTITUTION:Since the transfer is performed in a state where the transfer sheet is strongly adsorbed by a transfer belt, the transfer sheet can get in the nip part of the roller pair of a fixing device 700 before completing the transfer, thereby shortening the conveyance path 800 for conveying the sheet to which the transfer is performed. Then, the entire conveyance path from the supply of the transfer sheet to the fixation and ejection of the transfer sheet is shortened because the small-sized sheet supply device 300 is disposed near the transfer position and the conveyance path 800 is not reversely rotated. Furthermore, since the sheet supply devices 300 and 400 are all set in a casing in the width direction of an image forming device, the set space of the device is made small. Thus, the set space is made small and the time for forming the image on the first sheet of the transfer sheet whose frequency in use is high is shortened and operability is improved.</p> |
