PURPOSE: To enable utilization for inspecting a various atom by the constitution that a conductor devices having a different resonance frequency are piled up in the inside and outside and an inductive bonding is carried out by preventing an unfavorable frequency through a trap circuit. CONSTITUTION: A cage type hollowed cylindrical outer cover 2 is used for a high frequency antenna, the four pieces of an inner conductors 4-7 are surrounded by the outer cover 2, the one piece of the conductor device is formed by the each two pieces of the conductors among these inner conductors, and is parallelly arranged against a cylindrical axis by leaving an interval (A) each other. The coupling of a transmitter 40 and receiver 42 is carried out in that, for example, the inner conductor 4 for a lower resonance frequency (f2 ) provides a short circuit capacitor 10 in a head end, and also provides the short circuit capacitor 15 in a tail end. The inner conductor 4 provides a trap circuit 51 for a high resonance frequency (f1 ) connected in series with the short circuit capacitor 10 in the head end, and also provides the same trap circuit 51 connected in series with the short circuit capacitor 15 in the tail end. The transmitter 40 is connected to a connecting conductor for the trap circuit 50 and the short circuit capacitor 10 through a branch 44 between a transmission and reception and a matching capacitor 30. |
