The inner conductor 4 provides a trap circuit 51 for a high resonance frequency (f1 ) connected in series with the short circuit capacitor 10 in the head end, and also provides the same trap circuit 51 connected in series with the short circuit capacitor 15 in the tail end. The transmitter 40 is connected to a connecting conductor for the trap circuit 50 and the short circuit capacitor 10 through a branch 44 between a transmission and reception and a matching capacitor 30.
