PURPOSE:To obtain the subject steel sheet, excellent in lubricity, blackening and corrosion resistance and usable in automobiles, household appliances, building materials, etc., by forming a film of a montan wax oxide containing fluorine- based resin particles and silica particles on the steel sheet surface. CONSTITUTION:The objective steel sheet obtained by applying and forming a montan wax oxide containing (A) 1-25wt.% fluorine-based resin particles, composed of tetrafluoroethylene resin, vinyl fluoride resin, etc., and having 0.05-1mum particles diameter and (B) silica particles having 1-20mum particles diameter in an amount of 1-20wt.% expressed in terms of SiO2 at a ratio so as to provide 0.1-1.5g/m<2> weight of a wax film on the steel sheet surface. |
