PURPOSE:To reduce the communication for supply request by always repeatedly transmitting data from a transmission system to a reception system to eliminate a need of supply request from the reception system to the transmission system. CONSTITUTION:A transmission system 1a consists of a program storage part 3 where a program which can be executed in a computer system is stored, an encoding means 5 which encodes this program to a code capable of information exchange of communication, a transmitting means 6 which transmits the program encoded by the encoding means 5 to one of plural channels of a communication means 13, and a repeated program transmitting means 4 which repeatedly executes the operation of the encoding means 5 and the transmitting means 6. The executable program stored in the program storage part 3 is repeatedly transmitted by the repeated program transmitting means 4. Thus, the problem is resolved that the same request is transmitted many times by the communication means to compress the communication means from a reception system 2 to a transmission system 1.
