METHOD AND CASSETTE FOR ABRASIVE MACHINING OF THE SURFACE OF PARTS

Method of abrasive machining of the surface of parts (10) placed in the casing (4) involving creation of a pressure of the abrasive instrument (15) against the parts (10) being machined and bringing about their mutual movements while additionally providing for the permanent contact between the abrasive instrument (15) and the casing (4), and damping the latter's movements in the direction of the base (1), the maximum value of movements of the casing (4) in relation to the base being equal to or larger than the nominal thickness of the parts (10) being machined. A cassette for implementation of the method comprising a casing (4) with housings (9), and a base (1), between which is placed at least one, preliminarily compressed elastic element (5). The cassette is provided with limiters of movement of the casing (4) in the direction of release of the elastic element (5), the depth of the housings (9) being smaller than or equal to the value of equidistant elongation of the casing (4) from the plane of the base (1).
