PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut the tail of X-ray by making a switch system of bias switching in the way of turning on a bias voltage between each corresponding cathode and grid simultaneously with turning off vacuum tube type high voltage controlling system. CONSTITUTION:Electric circuits 12, 13 which make bias voltage between each corresponding cathode 4, 6 and grid 3 be off-state simultaneously with turning on a vacuum tube-type high voltage controlling system so as to radiate X-ray for a prescribed period and on the other hand, make bias voltage between each corresponding cathode 4, 6 and grid 3 be on-state simultaneously with turning on a vacuum tube-type high voltage controlling system are installed. X-ray is thus cut-off in a stereographic X-ray by turning on the bias voltage between each corresponding cathode 4, 6 and grid 3 at the same time of turning off the vacuum tube-type high voltage controlling system. Further, tube voltage response is made quick by connecting an anode 2 and the cathode 4, 6 of the stereographic X-ray tube with a high voltage electric power source through the vacuum tube-type high voltage controlling system 31. As a result, a high speed X-ray apparatus whose X-ray waveform has no tail is obtained. |
