Beneath the bottom of the cooking vessel (3) is an assembly of electrical elements (17) for heating the air which in turn heats the cooking vessel. A fan (7) sucks in air and presses it past the heating elements and around the cooking vessel. - The air sucked in by the fan is made to pass through a gap space (9) adjacent to the outer sweep (5) for cooling it. Before flowing outwards, the hot air is mixed with the cold air to achieve an unharmful temp. |
