PURPOSE:To securely maintain the function of a title tower and shorten the time until normal operation is reached by installing a main condenser in a body between a lower tower and an upper tower for each tower, and reducing the volume of the body to dip the main condenser in an upper tower fluid in the body. CONSTITUTION:An upper tower 1 and a lower tower 3 are separated, and a main condenser body 2 to form in a space between the upper and lower towers for each main condenser 4. Further, a frame 5 is mounted on the top of the lower tank 3 on which the body 2 is supported. The upper tower 1 and the main condenser body 2 are communicated with each other through a fluid communication pipe 6 and a gas fluid communication pipe 7, and the lower tower 3 and the main condenser body 2 are communicated through a gas fluid communication pipe 8 and a fluid communication pipe 9. Hereby, a structure is established where fluid heat exchanges in natural circulation. Thus, the volume of a fluid storage part of the main condenser body 2 is reduced and hence the time until normal operation is attained after starting is shortened.
