PURPOSE: To increase developing speed so that short strip time can be attained by incorporating one of specified compds. into a layer of a nonphotosensitive image receiving element for use in a silver complex diffusion transfer process. CONSTITUTION: At least one kind of compds. selected from among water-soluble group substd. alkyl disulfides, thiazolydinecarboxylic acids,γ-thiobutyrolactone, higher alkyl thioglycolates and carboxy substd. rhodanine is incorporated into at least one layer of a nonphotosensitive image receiving element for use in a silver complex diffusion transfer process. Developing speed is increased.
