PURPOSE:To abate the generation of vibration as well as to improve the extent of responsiveness to rear-wheel steering by driving and controlling an actuator according to each steering angle deviation in rear wheels and steering load in the actuator steering these rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:Rear wheels (a) are steered by an actuator (c). Steerage of these rear wheels (a) is controlled according to each steering value of front wheels (c). A deviation between an actual steering angle and a desired steering angle of the rear wheels (a) is determined by a means (d). In addition, steering load acting on the actuator (b) is detected by a means (e). Moreover, according to steering angle deviation and steering load, driving force is controlled by a means (f) so as to determine the magnitude of a drive signal being outputted to the actuator (b). At an area where each steering load of the rear wheels (a), the driving force of the actuator (b) is increased, thereby improving the extent of responsiveness. |
