PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously manufacture a resin composite pipe with a receiving port excellent in rigidity and strength by a method wherein the spiral groove formed to the outer peripheral surface of a core pipe is filled with a heat-resistant filler and a clothlike strip is wound around the core pipe to seal the filler and a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the clothlike strip to cure the filler and the resin under heating and a widened diameter part is cut. CONSTITUTION:A filler is emitted by a filling machine 2 to fill the spiral grooves 81... formed to the outer peripheral surface of a core pipe 8. Simultaneously with the completion of filling, a clothlike strip 31 is wound around the core pipe 8 to seal the filler in the spiral grooves 81.... Next, a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin 42 is wound around the core pipe 8 having the clothlike strip 31 wound therearound and, when this core pipe 8 enters a curing oven 51, the filler 21 and the fiber reinforced thermosetting resin 42 are cured under heating during the passage through the oven to form a resin composite raw pipe 9. Finally, the resin composite raw pipe 9 is cut at a widened diameter part 92 or at the widened diameter part 92 and the part between the widened diameter parts 92 to complete a resin composite pipe 91 with a receiving port. |
