PURPOSE:To obtain the filling mortar for building and civil work exhibiting high fluidity and durability by mixing a water decreasing agent, a thin aggregate and nonmetallic reinforcing fibers into a composition consisting of cement, active silica fine powder and a hydrating and expanding material. CONSTITUTION:The mortar contains cement, 100 pts.wt. of the cement material composition consisting of 5-30wt.% hydrating and expanding material, 1-5 pts.wt. of a water decreasing agent, 100-250 pts.wt. of a thin aggregate and 0.1-1.0vol.%, based on the mortar, nonmetallic reinforcing fibers having <=20mm length, >=80kgf/mm<2> tensile strength and >=2500kgf/mm<2> Young's modulus. A surfactant not causing abnormal setting even when its large amt. is added and having a high water decreasing effect is used as the water decreasing agent, and a material consisting essentially of naphthalene sulfonate and oxycarboxylates is exemplified. |
