EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION A thermosettable composition useful for electrical laminates is provided, comprising a tetrafunctional epoxy resin, a phenol novolac curing agent, a urea catalyst, a di- or tri-functional halogenated epoxy resin and a halogenated bisphenol. The composition is soluble in ketone solvents and, in solution, can be used to make laminatable prepregs. The composition has a high glass transition temperature, long pot life and good flame retardancy. |
