PURPOSE:To execute cutting, while observing the part to be cut and to prevent an undesirable influence from being exerted on the human body even if wear or defect is generated by providing an optical system device part containing an endoscope which is engaged to a drill holding and rotating power part and photographs a cutting state and a control part for executing the synchronizing control of each part. CONSTITUTION:In a medical treatment drill 1c, the tip part which faces the part to be cut is formed by a transparent material 3 consisting of a sapphire, etc., and others are formed by a high strength material 4. An optical system device part 14 is constituted of an ednoscope 6 which is inserted into an inserting hole 24 of a rotation axis 20 of a drill holding and rotating power part 1 and an inserting hole 2 of a medical treatment drill 1b, etc., and in which an end part of its tip is provided in the vicinity of the tip of the medical treatment drill 1b, a monitor television 16 for reflecting an image of the endoscope 6, and a cable 14a provided between the endoscope 6 and the monitor television 16, and displays the reflected image of the endoscope 6 as it is on a screen of the monitor television 16. In such a way, since the side which faces the part to be cut is formed transparently, in the course of cutting, its cutting state can be observed by the endoscope. |
