The equipment comprises multichannel audio recording-playback equipment (1) with audio outputs (2), an audio circuit (3) connected to minimal effect processors (4-7) and a mixer (8) with stereo output (9) connected to stereo recorder/playback equipment (10). It also has an overlay to digital convertor (14), processor (15), graphical display device (16), parallel to serial convertor (18), serial parallel convertor (13) and digital to overlay convertor (17). - Parallel processing of the audio signal is carried out following digitalisation and storage. The stored signal is graphically displayed and economical. The processor adds connection signals on playback.
