<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the leaks by providing a poppet seal, a spring engaging with the poppet seal to bias a poppet outward toward a hole, and a sealing- holding means for sealing the poppet in a cavity. CONSTITUTION: A check valve device is arranged in a manifold entrance 38 of a manifold 30, and a poppet 44 consisting of a sealing part 45 and a cross- guide 46 is arranged in a cavity 64. A spring 41 is provided to be pressed against a rear wall 68 to be engaged with the poppet 44, and to bias the poppet 44 upward with respect to a shoulder-like wall 61 at the entrance 38. A poppet sealing-holding means seals and holds the poppet 44 in the cavity 64, and consists of an elastic O ring 51 fitted in an annular groove 53. During operation, a projected part 26 makes the poppet 44 open for hydraulic fluid to flow between passages 23, 72. When assembling, the projected part 26 is drawn out, and a projected part seal 27 maintains the bore 60 of the cavity and fluid-close sealing until the O ring 51 of the poppet 44 is engaged with the bore of the cavity 64 to positively close plural passages 23.</p> |
