<p>PURPOSE:To uniformize the power consumption of plural rotary diffuser-type gas-liq. contact treating devices by providing a cylinder having a specified diameter with the lower end opened below an agitating rod and the upper end opened below the surface of a slurry soln. to each device. CONSTITUTION:Plural rotary diffuser-type gas-liq. contact treating devices having an agitating rod 13 fixed to the lower end of a hollow rotating shaft 12 and a gas supply pipe 14 for supplying a gas to the negative-pressure region produced on the rear of the rod by the rotation of the rod 13 are set, and gas- liq. contact treatment is carried out. The cylinder 15 having a diameter of >=2 times the turning diameter of the rod 13 and with the lower end opened below the rod 13 and the upper end opened below the surface of the slurry soln. is provided to each device. As a result, the power consumption of the devices is uniformized, the power consumption is also reduced, and imperfect gas-liq. contact due to the deflection of a liq. flow is eliminated.</p> |
