PURPOSE:To provide a shift lever on the side surface of a steering column without giving uneasiness to an operator, by providing the shift lever and a combination lever at positions so that at least one spoke of a steering wheel may be interposed between both levers at the view field of the operator seeing the front. CONSTITUTION:When viewed by an operator, a shift lever 18 and a combination lever (wiper operating lever) 62 are partitioned by means of a spoke of a steering wheel 56. As a result, even if both levers 56, 62 are provided at a steering column 58, the occurrence of uneasiness lest the other be touched manually by mistake when either of the shift lever 18 and the combination lever 62 is operated, is restrained so far as the vision field of the operator is concerned. |
