PURPOSE:To form solid electrolyte having a gas tightness by forcing liquid including ultra-fine grains of solid electrolyte to flow through a layer of solid electrolyte formed by flame coating or slurry applying method for sealing pores in the electrolyte layer. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 12 is formed by flame coating method on a base material 15, a YSZ layer 61 is formed thereor by flame coating method, and flow of fluid is forcibly generated in the order of the YSZ layer 61 electrode part 12 base material 15. By having the ultra-fine grains of YSZ included in the fluid, the pores in the YSZ 61 are sealed by the ultrafine grains of YSZ, a YSZ layer 62 is formed, and then an electrode part 13 is formed by flame coating. |
