PURPOSE:To obtain a paper dip bag to steam an object to be cooked by a method wherein by using a paper sheet for which surface water repellency and water resistance are added by using a sizing agent which does not cover the whole surface of pulp fiber, and sticks to the pulp fiber in such a manner that each surface pore dimension becomes a specific dimension or lower, a bag is formed. CONSTITUTION:For at least a part of it, using a paper sheet for which surface water repellency and water resistance are added by using a sizing agent which does not cover the whole surface of pulp fiber and sticks to the pulp fiber in such a manner that each surface pore dimension of at least one surface of the sheet becomes 5mum or lower, a bag is formed. An object to be cooked 7 is placed in a bag 1, and the object to be cooked 7 in the bag 1 is dipped in hot water 10 in a pan container 8, and the pan container 8 is heated. By hot steam which passes through surface pores 6 of the bag 1 from the hot water 10, the object to be cooked 7 is heated and steamed. The pressure on the hot water 10 side becomes higher comparing with the pressure on the bag 1 side in which the object to be cooked 7 is contained, and increasing hot steam enters the inside of the bag 1 through connected gaps in the paper sheet from a large number of surface pores 6 of the bag 1, and the object to be cooked 7 in the bag 1 is sufficiently steam-heated. |
