PURPOSE:To improve mass productivity by applying a metal paste in which super fine particles of metal is uniformly dispersed in a dispersant without flocculation on the surface of the mother material of an optical disk by spin coating, and then drying or baking. CONSTITUTION:A metal paste in which super fine particles of metal is uniformly dispersed in a dispersant without flocculation is applied by spin coating on the surface of the mother material of an optical disk which is preliminarily subjected to recording treatment, and then dried or baked. By properly the paste, a homogeneous thin film of specified thickness can be formed from this paste on the substrate by spin coating. Thereby, a light-reflecting film can be easily formed on the surface of an optical disk, which improves the massproducitivity. |
