<p>PURPOSE:To effectively reducing the temperature of the part of an emission tube that will be a high temperature part, and to achieve the longevity of a lamp device with little variation in luminous flux, color temperature, and in color rendering by introducing a high pressure air from a blowing pipe, and by blowing the air to an emission tube wall. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting mirror 10 having a paraboloid surface coated with an infrared light transmission reflecting film is provided in such a way that an emission tube will be a substantial focal point thereof, and the light distribution is directed to a specified region by the reflecting mirror 10. After the emission tube 1 is mounted on the reflecting mirror 10, a base 5 of the emission tube 1 as well as a mounting hole 11 of the reflecting mirror 10 are covered with a metal cap 13 in such a way that they are surrounded by the cap, and the cap is fixed in the outer periphery of the mounting hole 11 through a sealant 14. A blowing pipe 19 is mounted on the outer surface of the metal cap 13, in such a way that the blowing pipe 18 is communicating with the inside of the metal cap 13, and a compressed air is blown through the blowing pipe 18, and is blown into an emission tube wall through an air duct 8 of the base 5, so as to blow and cool the emission tube wall effectively. The devitrification of the emission tube can be prevented for a long time, and the deterioration in the variation of luminous flux, and in color temperature, as well as in color rendering can be prevented, and the longevity of the device can thus be achieved.</p> |
