[Class 9 (i)] An ammunition or cartridge container of tubular form and of circular cross-section adapted to receive a single cartridge or round of ammunition comprises a main receptacle and a cover therefor, the main receptacle having the body portion thereof formed of relatively thin material and being provided with axially spaced annular reinforcing and spacing portions adapted to engage annular reinforcing and spacing portions of and to sustain the load imposed by containers stacked thereabove and to maintain the stacked containers substantially in parallel relationship. The description is the same as that of Specification 489,221, but the claims relate to the above and certain subordinate features. |
