PURPOSE:To prevent a core from deteriorating, and achieve high restoring force and suitability even when using a tape, by forming a shape memorizing resin layer at the outer peripheral surface of a body part of the core around which a web is wound. CONSTITUTION:A shape memorizing resin 1 is applied on a tension member 2, and is heated over the stationary phase freezing temperature; then it is cooled down to freeze a stationary phase. When it is used, the surface of a core is heated to higher than the rubber transfer temperature of the shape memorizing resin (over a reversible phase freezing point and under the stationary phase freezing temperature) just before a zonal material is wound, and then the zonal material is wound. At the temperature, the surface is rubber-elastic and the shape of the web edge is deformed by deforming the rubber surface. When the temperature falls and it is kept in a glass condition during or after winding, its top edge shape is embossed in the core, so that, the shape of its cut part remains. If the core is used again, its previous cylindrical shape is restored by being heated again. |
