PURPOSE:To obtain the panel which needs less man-hours to make by handling a mosaic on orthogonal coordinates irrelevantly to the number of mounted light source units and using an illumination driving circuit and connection electric conductors in common. CONSTITUTION:The light source units 4 which are mounted with longitudinal and lateral electric conductors 31 and 32 formed by fitting a mosaic cap 2 or longitudinal and lateral conductors embedded in a frame are grasped as position of the orthogonal coordinates. An illumination control signal is supplied cyclically from a control part 6 to the orthogonal coordinates, i.e. longitudinal and lateral electric conductor positions to control the illumination of all the units 4. Therefore, only >=2 arrays of illumination control circuits for the mounted units 4 which are as many as mosaics are required and irrelevant to the number of the mounted units 4, so that the man-hours for production can be decreased.
