PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a solution by storing the knowledge and the data for adjustment in a storage in order to evaluate a produced adjustment proposal and to output a reasonable proposal. CONSTITUTION:The set conditions and contents of adjustment are sent to an adjustment processing part 4 of a CPU 1 from a display input device 3. Then an adjustment proposal is shown based on the adjustment conditions and sent to a display/input device 3 together with the evaluation data and an adjustment condition changing proposal for display. The adjustment contents sent to the CPU 1 via the device 3 are given to a storage 2. Thus the knowledge and the data stored in the storage 2 are corrected and added based on the adjustment contents. These knowledge and data are sent to the CPU 1 from the storage 2 and used for solution and adjustment of a relevant problem. As a result, the adjustment proposals of the knowledge and the data of a problem solution system are automatically shown based on the designated conditions. Thus it is possible to quickly and accurately adjust the knowledge and the data in a complicated problem solution system including the estimated operation of trains, the recovery of disorganized schedules, etc.
