Operating table, suitable in particular for ophthalmologic surgery, consisting of a base, tabletop, electromechanical motor operators with power transmission bearers and electrical engines, characterised by the fact that the table consists of two vertical stationary bearers (2) permanently fixed to the base (1), and of two movable bearers (6) inverted by 180 degrees, connected together rotationally by a couple of levers (5) with a cross-beam (9) as well as by a couple of levers (4) with a cross-beam (8) equipped with an eyelet connector (10), creating for the intermediate body (7) located on bearer (6) a pantograph system from the vertical movement of the electromechanical motor operator bearer (11) with its rotating self-aligning head fixed to the base (1), while Trendeleburg's tilt is caused by the electromechanical motor operator (14) fixed vertically through the rotating self-aligning head to the intermediate body (7), and the bearer of this motor operator is connected through an articulated joint with the lever (15) which is fixed from the bottom to the tabletop (3) that is suspended on the bearings (12), (13) located on the top long edges of the intermediate body (7).<IMAGE>
