1. The rotor unit for a propeller water meter with a replaceable measurement insert consisting of a blade-ring, a worm, a bearing and an axle screwed on both ends which joins the rotor unit to create one whole, where one end of the screwed part of the axle is screwed in the screwed hole of the worm, and on the other end of the screwed axle there is a bearing screwed in the screwed hole, after placing the axle connected with the worm in the axial hole of the blade-ring and secured against moving with a temporary stake keying characterised in that the bearing (14) is tightened home, and the external seat (17) placed in the bearing (14) overlaps with any internal lengthwise groove (19) executed in the hub of the blade-ring (12), forming a symmetrical hole (20), in which there is mounted a special pin (15), which can be placed in two extreme positions and which is easy to dismantle.<IMAGE>
