<p>PURPOSE:To provide the composition excellent in workability in application, strength of the hardened material, etc., by mixing cement, silica fume, an aggregate, a specified dispersant and water in a specified weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) A binder consisting of cement and silica fume, (B) an aggregate, (C) water and (D) a dispersant consisting of a vinyl copolymer (e.g. methoxy-polyethylene glycol aryl ether/sodium maleate copolymer), formed with monomer units shown by formulas I and II (R<1> is H or CH3, R<2> is H or 1-3C alkyls, X and Y are alkali metals or ammonium org. amines, and (n) is 3-30), and having 500-6000 number average mol.wt. are prepared. The components are mixed so that the silica fume content of the component A is controlled to 0-30wt.%, the unit quantity of the component A is adjusted to >=400kg/m<3>, the weight ratio of the component C to component A is controlled to 10-30/100, and the content of the component D is adjusted to 0.05-5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A, thus the objective high-strength hydraulic cement composition is produced.</p> |
