PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having excellent molding and processing properties, improved impact resistance, heat resistance and rigidity by blending a saturated polyester resin and an epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer in a molten state with a polyfunctional compound, etc., at a first stage and then with a saturated polyester resin, etc., at a second stage. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. total amounts of (A) 30-58 pts.wt. saturated polyester resin and (B) 42-70 pts.wt. epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer (comprising 50-90wt.% ethylene unit, 0.1-30 pts.wt. unsaturated glycidyl ether unit, etc.) are blended in a molten state with (C) 0.01-20 pts.wt. polyfunctional compound containing two or more functional groups such as amino group or carboxyl group and (D) O-30 pts.wt. block copolyether ester elastomer to give a first-stage composition, which is mixed with 50-1,000 pts.wt. saturated polyester resin and 0-30 pts.wt. block copolyether ester elastomer at a second stage. |
