PURPOSE:To obtain the subject seasoning, capable of ingesting various minerals, excellent in nutritive value and useful for health, etc., by mixing aseptically filtered seawater, etc., in soy sauce during production and after finishing thereof. CONSTITUTION:The objective seasoning is obtained by mixing aseptically filtered seawater or seawater after removing bitterness ingredients in soy sauce during production and after finishing thereof or mixing an adequate amount of water in the aseptically filtered seawater or seawater in a state free of the bitterness ingredients. Furthermore, adequate amounts of sugar, SAKE (Japanese rice wine), water, an amino acid, a fruit juice, a spice, a flavoring agent, an egg, soy sauce, various vinegared vegetables, various oils, various sauces, various fruit wines, brandy, salt, a raw substance or an extract thereof, a soup stock, a preservative and a stabilizer are added to the aforementioned seasoning to afford a seasoning utilizable for all sorts of dishes. |
