The circuit is for preventing the discrimination-malfunction of broadcasting state even under noisy condition and simplifying the necessary circuit by using digital circuit. It comprises an amplitude limiter (1) for limiting the amplitude of discrimination carrier wave (CXR), a waveform regulator (2), a counter (3), a half divider (11) for half dividing the identification signal (ID), a pulse generator (9), a data latch section (4) for latching the count signal of the counter (3) for outputting, and a logical operation discriminator (5) for discriminating the broadcasting state by logically operating the output of the data latch section (4).
