<p>PURPOSE:To considerably reduce unbalance and closing of paths in a routing network. CONSTITUTION:At the time of cell exchange between incoming lines IP0 to IPn and outgoing lines OP0 to OPn, a presequentalizing part 100 adds a prescribed sequential code to plural cells of at least one incoming line in the input order, and a dietributing network 200 distributes these cells to different paths in time division, and a routing network 300 routes each of distributed cells to a corresponding outgoing line in accordance with its routing tag information, and a postsequentializing part 400 sequentializes cells after routing in accordance with the sequential code. Thus, the degree of congestion of cells in the routing network 300 is uniformized, and cells transposed in the routing network 300 are sequentialized again in the original cell input order.</p> |
