PURPOSE:To restrict aged lowering of the performance of a cell such as fused carbonate fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:An anode 2 and a cathode 3 are located so as to pinch an electrolyte layer 1. Gas channels 6, 7 forming gas supply passages 6a, 7a are respectively located in the outside of these electrodes 2, 3 through current collecting plates 4, 5. The gas channel 6a of the anode 2 side is made of the compound, which is obtained by evenly dispersing the oxide particulates in the base material metal such as nickel, cobalt, and copper or the like. The cathode 3 is made of lithium ferrite including bivalent metal element, and the same kind of ions are added to an electrolyte layer 1. Or, a current collecting plate of the anode side consists of a thin plate, which has multiple through holes located in the gas channel side, and a porous material member located in the porous electrode side and having a high porosity. |
