PURPOSE:To suppress the relaoxation oscillation and realize high-speed driving in a laser diode driving circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input signal +IN and -IN applied to input terminala 2a and 2b are outputted as -OUT and +OUT from output terminals 3a and 3b. Since parasitic capacitors 9a and 9b exist on the output side, rising time Tr and falling time Tf occur at the -OUT which drives a laser doide 5. Making the value of load resistance 11a larger than that of load resistance 11b, it can be made Tr/Tf. Tr is made the value which does not cause relaxation oscillation, and Tf is selected in a short value. |
