<p>PURPOSE:To perform proper stimulation of safe operation according to various operation states by effecting fuzzy inference of the degree of safe operation by means of the running speed and acceleration of a vehicle and repeating light and darkness of illumination of a panel by means of a repeating speed responding to the degree of safe operation. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy inference device 1 inputs a car speed signal representing the running speed of a vehicle from a car speed sensor 2 and an acceleration speed representing acceleration of a vehicle from an acceleration computer 3. Based on a determined fuzzy inference rule, a running speed, a membership function related to acceleration, and a membership function related to safe operation, light and darkness repeating speed of illumination of a display panel containing a speedometer is inferred and computed. A signal is inputted to a display panel illumination drive circuit 4 from the fuzzy inference device 1 to control blinking or luminance of a display panel illuminator 5.</p> |
