<p>PURPOSE:To prevent peeling at the joint of a piezoelectric actuator which has a piezoelectric layer and a dielectric layer and facilitate baking when manu facturing. CONSTITUTION:Green sheet which has vacant hole forming agent is laminated on green sheet which is composed of only piezoelectric ceramics so as to bake, and electrodes are formed on the both major planes. Another production mixes vacant hole forming agent whose specific gravity is less than 1, binder and water with piezoelectric ceramics powder to obtain slurry. The slurry is molded using a molding die, baked and electrodes are formed on both the major planes.</p> |
