PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of foaming resin to fill and consequently the production cost of a wall panel by a method wherein a plurality of solid filling materials, each of which is cheap in price and has proper heat insulating properties, are placed in the spaces of the wall panel, in the wall panel in which the foaming resin is to be filled. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a plurality of solid filling materials 13 are arranged on the rear wall surfacing material 12 in a thin box-like first wall surfacing material consisting of a frame 11 and the rear wall surfacing material 12, polyurethane foam 22 is spread in the interior space of the wall surfacing material. During the expansion of the foam, a flat plate-like first wall surfacing material 14 is abutted from above against the frame 11 and fixed to it. Since the polyurethane foam 22 has self-adhesion property, the front wall surfacing material 14, the rear wall surfacing material 12, the frame 11 and the solid filling materials 13 are integrally and strongly bonded and fixed together after the completion of expansion. |
