<p>PURPOSE:To refresh the deterioration of a receiving image caused by a transmission line error by constituting the system so that a transmitting side generates a new refresh period in accordance with a demand refresh signal from a receiving side. CONSTITUTION:When a demand refresh signal 700 for showing an error generating area of a transmission line is inputted from a receiving side, an in-frame signal 601 is generated by a refresh controller 6 at every one frame. A selector 5 generates a predictor 501 in accordance with the signal 601, and sends it to a subtracter 1. In such a state, input image data 100 is subtracted by the predictor 501, and thereafter, by an encoder 2, encoding data 201 and local composite data 202 are obtained, the data 201 is outputted, and also, the data 202 is added by an adder 3, and written in a memory 4. Data of the memory 4 is used for generating the predictor at the time of inter-frame encoding. In such a way, a receiving image by a transmission line error can immediately be refreshed.</p> |
