An illuminant display device comprising a wired substrate with a large number of LEDs mounted thereon, a case frame member for accomodating said wired substrate, an illuminant dot being composed of a plurality of said LEDs and a plurality of said illuminant dots being alined in a horizontal direction. A plurality of the illuminant display device are arranged in a matrix form to form a large-scale display unit which is used in an outdoor. Alignment of the illuminant display devices in a horizontal direction is maintained with ease and accuracy. <IMAGE> |
