PURPOSE:To surely read the electronic slips and at a high speed by using an electronic slip access means to read the electronic slips out of a electronic slip store device. CONSTITUTION:The electronic slip record stored in a disk device 11 receives the frequent accesses for execution of the approval/accounts settlement processing. Then all electronic slip records stored in the device 11 are controlled by means of a super-descriptor 70 serving as a retrieving index for improvement of the access processing speed. When a new electronic slip record is produced, the corresponding retrieving data is added to the super-descriptor 70. This addition processing is carried out in real time and at the same time the sorting processing is carried out. In addition, each retrieving data of the super-descriptor 70 includes a hardware index of the electronic slip records. Thus the electronic slip slip records are retrieved out of the super-descriptor 70 at a high speed by reference to the index. |
