PURPOSE:To simplify manufacture process by carrying out the adhesion of a skin to thermoplastic resin foamed layer simultaneously with foam molding. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin 1 mixed with foaming agent is heated and softened, and then is set in the stamping mold 2 composed of an outer mold 21 and an inner mold 22, and then stamping is carried out and a preform is obtained. Next, the mold 2 is opened, and after a skin 3 has been inserted onto the preform, the mold 2 is closed again and is heated at least foaming temperature of the thermoplastic resin 1. Then said mold 2 is opened a little and the preform is foamed. Next, the mold 2 is cooled and after a molded object 4 has been taken out from the mold 2, the skin 3 is trimmed. |
