PURPOSE:To make high discrimination and high sensitivity pertaining to an X-ray detector to detect transmitted X-rays in the case to inspect an object by X-rays. CONSTITUTION:X-rays 3 emitted from an X-ray source 2 are transmitted through an inspecting object 4 at every line, and made incident upon the one side face of a fluorescent plate 5. An image obtained by the emission of this fluorescent plate 5 is contracted and converged by a fiber plate 6, and caught by a two-dimensional light sensor 7. An image signal is obtained by selecting the lines of a picture element along the passing loci of the X-rays 3, adding the detected luminous energy of each picture element with an image processing element 8, and outputting in order at every line. |
