<p>PURPOSE:To realize the control system for the voice coder able to attain high quality voice transmission in the ATM network with respect to the control system of the voice coder in a multiplex transmitter applied to the ATM network. CONSTITUTION:The control system having an echo canceller to process an input signal in the ATM format into a cell and to send the result to an ATM network is provided with a detection means 101 detecting the property of the input signal, a coding means 102 coding the input signal in a rate corresponding to the property, a cell composition means 103 to process the coded signal into a cell and to send it and a control means 105 to stop the operation of the echo canceller 104 corresponding to the property of the input signal.</p> |
