Purvenets is a large-fruit, a medium-ripening dessert variety. The vines have a very active growth, high fertility and yield. The bunches are very big, wing-like, loose, with very big grains. The pellicle of the grain is dyed in wine red, to the tip in dark-wine. The grain has an attractive appearance, size and pleasant taste.The Purvenets is created by a method of gender hybridization, by crossbreeding Kondarev 1 (Bichan X Fish bladder) with the Cardinal variety. It falls into the eastern ecological geographic group.The crown is mossy, green, with copper-red edges.The leaf is of medium size, tri-pawed, loosely heel-pawed. The lamina is green, thick, slightly fleshy, wrinkled and curved down. The top incisions are very shallow, open and form a sharp angle. The tail incision is open, lyre-shaped with a flat rounded bottom, sometimes vaulted, with a rounded bottom.The bunch is very big (24.0 - 16.5 cm), conical, wing-like, loose, and with a medium weight of about 604 g.The grain is very big (30.10 to 20.72 mm), elongated, fleshy, solid, and crispy, with a pleasant taste. The medium weight of one grain is about 8 g.Purvenets is a large-sized, dessert variety, which belongs to the group of medium-ripening varieties of vines. The duration of the vegetation period is 149 days. Upon breeding of a stem formation and a mixed cutting (2 arrows with six eyes and two knots with two eyes - 16 eyes), the output per vine is 8.180 kg. There is no proclivity to tessellation. It is compatible with the CO4 and 41B pads. The vines are not resistant to blight and oidium. The resistance to cold is within the limits of the parent varieties. The grape is well-transported.Purvenets is suitable for consumption in a fresh state. The sugar content upon maturity reaches up to 15.5% per 3.8 g/l of a total titrated acidity in the wine acid. The grape has an attractive appearance, size and pleasant flavour.
