Device which makes it possible to cut buoy ropes, ropes, fishing nets, lines or any other flexible bodies. The invention relates to a device which allows boats not to remain stuck on the water by a rope or suchlike in the propeller (screw). It is made up of a cylinder (1), of a cutting part (2) when a rope, buoy rope, or suchlike gets entangled in the propeller and winds around the propeller post tube, a pressure is exerted on the cutting part and thereby cuts the rope, buoy rope, etc. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for boats. <IMAGE>
