The harrow, directly connectable with upper/lower links of the tractor or connectable with a tractor rotary, can be horizontally operated under any conditions of a rice field. The tractor harrow comprises a fixed body (100) having the upper/lower links (11,12) and a rotary (20) rod (40) held by a pair of connection bands (50,60) or support devices (610,620); a pivotal body (200) pivotally fitted to the fixed body (100) and pivoted by a first cylinder (150); another pivotal body (300) pivotally fitted to the body (200) and powered by a second cylinder (270); a connection body (400), variable in the longitudinal direction, connected with the pivotal body (300).
