PURPOSE:To provide an automatic both-side copying method for shortening time required for both-side copying by eliminating an inversion waiting time for reversing a document and a form. CONSTITUTION:Plural document trays 3, 4, and 5, which house the document and can move, a document feeding means 6 which is disposed so as to be adjacent to the document trays and can be rotated in the forward and backward directions, a copy glass 2 on which the document is placed for copying, an image forming means 7 forming the image of the document on the form, a form tray 8 housing a new form, a form feeding means 10 feeding the form housed in the form tray 8, and a stack 9 housing the form whose one face is printed, are provided. The automatic both-side copying method is a method for feeding plural documents which are housed in the document trays and whose single surfaces or both surfaces are printed, onto the copy glass 2 by the document feeding means 6, to copy their odd-number pages or front surfaces on one surface of the form, then, returning them to the original trays, and further, feeding the documents onto the copy glass 2 by the document feeding means 6, to copy their even number pages or rear faces on the other face of the form whose one face is printed. |
