PURPOSE:To provide the price deciding device which can speedily process slips and can speedily and exactly decide the unit price of transacting merchandise corresponding to respective conditions even for an unexperienced person in charge of the transaction. CONSTITUTION:A unit merchandise price retrieval part 4 retrieves a cumulative transaction file 5 by using a customer code and a merchandise code as keys. A sort part 6 sorts retrieved objective data in the order of slip dates. A picture display part 7 displays the objective data retrieved and sorted in the order of the slip dates successively from the data having the latest data at one part of a slip input picture. A unit price selection part 8 selects one of the objective displayed and retrieved data. A unit price decision 9 displays the unit price, which is decided based on the objective selected and retrieved data, at a slip input picture. A data storage part 10 stores the decided unit price in a transaction file 11. |
